I'm back on my Weight Watchers journey. I must admit, I fell off a little, due to crazy changes at work (my asssitant quit with no warning, so that means twice the work for me), and then my recent trip to Austin (can we talk about the amazing food, not so healthy!) So today after work, I went to get weighed in. Apparently, I haven't been there since January 27th. Ouch!!! So I was really nervous to see how bad I had been without meetings and with my recent trip. So I stepped on the scale and closed my eyes praying it wasn't a huge gain. 3.4 pounds up. Okay. I can handle that. My goal this week is to lose all 3.4 pounds.
